Return policy

We wish you will be contented with any products you have ordered from us. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please read our return policy below:

Our return policy must be read along with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this return policy at any time. Return can be possible within 14 days after receiving the product. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

ANP Pharma London Ltd. offers returns of the products with some exceptions.  

We can accept returns in following circumstances:

  • All returns must be in original product packaging and unused condition for health and hygiene reasons.
  • To complete the return we require receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

We do not accept returns in following scenarios:

  • The products which are used partially cannot be returned.
  • The Products which require specific storage conditions cannot be returned.
  • The Products which have expired post purchase.
  • You are requesting return for the same product again.

If your order is suitable for a return based on the conditions above, you can raise a request within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that all returns are reviewed for eligibility .Once your return is reviewed properly we will send you a confirmation email to confirm your returned item along with whether you will be issued a refund, exchange or store credit.

ANP Pharma London limited has top-of-the-line quality when it comes to pack your products however errors do take place. If you have received an incorrect item we may ask you for the pictures for further information so that we can find the best option for you.

It is vital to check your order, item and receipt always before use and if there is any inaccuracy or fault appear please contact our customer service as soon as you received the item at………………………. who will guide you for the next steps.

If any item is missing in your order you can contact us immediately our customer services @…………………. and that within ………. days since you have received the delivery.


To arrange your return we need to know your order number, the information of the item you want to return and the genuine reason for return.

You need to do the packaging securely and please ensure you include our return Form inside your return packaging box.

Do not forget to obtain your postage receipt when you send your item to us. Without the postage receipt we may not be able to process your refund if your item lost in the transit.

If an item is not available and you request a replacement we will process a refund back to the original account you used to purchase the item.

Postage cost will be refunded to return an item if:

  • We have set you the wrong item.
  • The item we have sent you is damaged, faulty or not sealed.
  • You are retuning a substitute item which you do not want to keep.

No refund of postage cost available if:

  • The items which are unwanted or no longer required to you.
  • Any damage reported about the item and was not found in the testing process.

 If you are not satisfied with our procedure of handling returns or replacement please contact us at…………………………………. so that we can resolve the matter where possible.


You will be entitled for a full refund if you have cancelled the order within 48hrs from the time you have placed the order.

Please note: you will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us if you cancel the order post 48 hrs.
