Usually it takes 4 working days for delivery in the UK but it depends on the availability of the stock. Occasionally, we are out of stock with specific products. If in any case there will be substantial delay in dispatching your order, you will be notify by email to your email address you provided us when placing your order. Please remember that we cannot be held responsible and blamed if you provide us wrong email address when placing your order, or for late delivery due to bank holiday or if your email is down.

For security purposes and fraud prevention, the card holder name and address must be the same as the name and address specified on your first order placed during the checkout procedure. If in any case your order is cancelled and delivery is delayed because you provided us with the wrong address or information then we are not responsible for that. You can notify us if you have trouble placing the order by email us on……………………………………. usually we aim to reply our emails within …………… hours.

Please note:

If you provide us wrong delivery instructions and your delivery is refused, we may cancel your order and keep hold of the product. In this case we will refund the price of your product but an admin charge of £9.99 will be charged and deducted from the amount you paid to us.  Rest of the balance would be refunded back to you to the same mode of payment you provided us. In any case if you have problem with the delivery or the products you received, you must inform us on………………………………. within 7 working days of the delivery date. We will not be responsible for any loss and damage if you will contact us after 7 days of the delivery date.

The price of the product will be the same, at the time we accept your order, as shown on the website. This price will include any applicable value added tax (VAT). It will not include any cost of delivery (where applicable). In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as given on the website unless you qualify for free delivery.

Promotional offers

Some promotional offers may only be available for a certain time period or depend on the stocks. If you order after the offer period and we have no products available under that specific offer, we will let you know before we dispatch the order.

Refunds for the products bought under any promotional offer will be based on Terms of Promotional price.
